Suah Sung, Senior Regulatory Consultant, Cosmetics Division at CIRS Korea

Suah Sung is the lead for global cosmetic registration projects at CIRS Korea. She primarily provides regulatory consulting and project management services for Korean cosmetic and ingredient companies, supporting their global compliance needs. She is responsible for end-to-end management of cosmetic products, from regulatory consultation to registration and notification, with a particular focus on helping enterprises successfully enter the Chinese market. Suah is committed to delivering professional and efficient regulatory solutions to ensure products meet the requirements of international markets.

Feiqun Tao, Senior Regulatory Technical Advisor, Personal and Home Care Division at CIRS Group

Feiqun Tao has over eight years of experience in cosmetic product registration and notification within the personal care industry. She is a certified toxicologist recognized by the Chinese Society of Toxicology (CST). Her primary responsibilities include the technical management of general cosmetic notification and special cosmetic registration in China. Tao has successfully supported the registration and notification of thousands of imported and domestic cosmetic products from countries such as South Korea, Japan, the United States, and Europe. These products span across various categories, including children’s personal care, sunscreens, adult skincare, makeup, whitening products, anti-hair loss treatments, deodorants, hair dyes, and perms.

Furthermore, she has been invited for two consecutive years to speak at cosmetic safety assessment training conferences organized by the Korea Cosmetic Industry Institute (KCII), where she shared insights on the Comprehensive Cosmetic Safety Assessment requirements under Chinese regulations.

Julie Harrington, Senior Regulatory Consultant at CIRS Europe

Julie graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an honors degree in Medicinal Chemistry. She is now undertaking her masters degree in Toxicology from University College Dublin. She has been working at CIRS Ireland for over five years, acting as a Senior Regulatory Consultant. She is coordinating the cosmetic service at the CIRS Ireland office, with particular focus on EU, UK and China cosmetic regulations. Her chemical background has also enabled her to support chemical regulations in different regions.
