Ms. Cathy Yu, certified toxicologist of Chinese Society of Toxicology, majored in food science and engineering, she is very familiar with food industry, and has extensive experience in global food laws and regulations. She has been invited to Germany, France, the United States, South Korea and many other regions to give the training to food related companies in international regulatory conferences. She works in CIRS Group for more than 12 years and leads the Food Business Division to assist global well-known companies.

She specializes in regulatory compliance for food ingredients (including GMM), dietary supplements, FSMP, feed and pet food, and food contact materials. With a profound understanding of both international and Chinese regulations, including U.S. GRAS and EU novel food standards, Jessie has provided invaluable guidance to hundreds of companies worldwide, helping them navigate the complex landscape of global food regulations.
