from CIRS by

From July 2 to 4, 2025, CIRS Group was invited to participate in the in-cosmetics Korea 2025, organized by Reed Exhibitions. As one of the most influential trade shows for cosmetics and ingredients in Asia, the event brought together ingredient suppliers, cosmetic manufacturers, R&D institutions, industry experts, and professionals from around the world to explore emerging trends, technological innovations, and opportunities for international collaboration in the cosmetics industry.

Alongside the exhibition, a series of high-level industry seminars addressed key topics including the latest updates on international cosmetic regulatory frameworks, global and regional market dynamics, breakthrough innovations, product safety and efficacy evaluation, and advanced formulation technologies-offering valuable insights for stakeholders across the cosmetics value chain.

On July 4, Ms. April Guo, General Manager of the Personal and Home Care Division at CIRS Group, was invited to deliver a speech titled Navigating China’s Cosmetic Ingredient Regulations: A Practical Guide for Korean Suppliers. In her presentation, Ms. Guo provided an in-depth analysis of data on new cosmetic ingredients that have completed registration and filings under China’s Cosmetic Supervision and Administration Regulation (CSAR). She also systematically outlined the regulatory requirements for both existing and new cosmetic ingredients in China. By offering a comprehensive interpretation of the latest regulatory policies, Ms. Guo delivered practical guidance tailored for Korean suppliers, helping them seize emerging opportunities in the Chinese market.

Looking ahead, CIRS Group will continue to leverage its professional expertise in cosmetic and cosmetic ingredient compliance, staying abreast of regulatory developments in China and around the world. By actively engaging in global industry exchanges and cooperation, we remain committed to providing high-quality regulatory consulting and technical support. Through these efforts, we aim to empower more enterprises to seize market opportunities and achieve high-quality, sustainable growth!
