From July 2 to 4, 2025, CIRS Group was invited to participate in the in-cosmetics Korea 2025, organized by Reed Exhibitions. On July 4, Ms. April Guo, General Manager of the Personal and Home Care Division at CIRS Group, was invited to deliver a speech titled Navigating China’s Cosmetic Ingredient Regulations: A Practical Guide for Korean Suppliers. In her presentation, Ms. Guo provided an in-depth analysis of data on new cosmetic ingredients that have completed registration and filings under China’s Cosmetic Supervision and Administration Regulation (CSAR). She also systematically outlined the regulatory requirements for both existing and new cosmetic ingredients in China. By offering a comprehensive interpretation of the latest regulatory policies, Ms. Guo delivered practical guidance tailored for Korean suppliers, helping them seize emerging opportunities in the Chinese market.
